Our no commitment guarantee means that you only pay for the service when you use it, there is no long term contract to sign, and we offer a range of monthly tariffs to suit your business.

Users Access

All users are charged a small monthly fee for accessing the system to capture view or process data.

Data Collection

There are 3 tariff options based on per question, per call* or per user. At billing time you will be charged which ever is lowest rate on a per user basis, for example imagine these 3 types of users in a month:

Signature & Image Storage

There is no charge for capturing an image or signature instead there is a storage charge for keeping these files on the server at the end of a billing period.

Data Reporting

No additional charge over the standard user access fee is made for downloading captured data as extract files to run on your own system. There is however a  monthly charge for access to our OLAP servers, and an additional data storage fee, see reporting section for more information.

Development

In the event that you should you require any bespoke development to your system over and above our standard system we will provide you a fixed quote based on an agreed specification at very reasonable rates.
